What we love: Spacious rooms with 180-degree sea views  

What makes the rooms, suites and cabanas special for us at the AMARA is the outstanding sea views. With 180-degree views of Dreamer’s Bay from balcony, all of the rooms have plenty of natural coastal charm, and the tall windows in the cabana retreats attract natural sunlight. In some of the suites and cabanas, go for a swim in your very own private suntrap pool, or go for a swing on the shaded swing seat on the terrace. 

For those quiet nights in, choose an innovative soundproofed ‘Silent Room’, or set the mood with ambient mood lighting.

"Every hotel room has an ocean view and ours was nothing short of spectacular. The soft, luxe bedding deserves a mention too, as do the heavenly Bamford products in your bathroom. I loved going for a run along the sea front on the costal path. A trip to Limassol Marina was worth the 20-minute cab ride. Feeling peckish after your flight? With complimentary canapes and champagne on arrival, you’ll always get a warm welcome at the AMARA! We love pulling up a chair at the Michelin-Star Ristorante Locatelli, serving Italian three course meals that have been designed by Celebrity Chef, Locatelli. 

You can also book a table at Matsuhisa Limassol to try world-renowned NOBU dishes like black cod with miso.

The radiance-restoring treatments at the AMARA Spa use Cosmedix and The Organic Pharmacy products and for post-therapy relaxation, you can head to the outdoor seawater pool, infinity edge pool, thermal experience area, or Aroma Sauna. With a spa menu for juniors, you can either treat your little ones to a spa treatment, or take them to the children’s club where they can get creative with face painting, arts and crafts, and dance workshops. 

Sports enthusiasts can play tennis on the courts, swim in a semi-Olympic pool, or even book a session with a personal trainer.
