What we love: The Location

Thanks to its laid-back, secluded location, you won’t hear a peep when relaxing in this cosy retreat. With only 91 rooms in total, including rooms with views of the Adriatic sea, the Hotel Bellevue certainly exudes a boutique feel.

You only need to notice the oak leaf satin finish on the flooring and the sunlight slinking in through the balcony doors to know that these rooms certainly shine! 

Minimalists will love simple neutral colour scheme with colours that complement one another, setting the scene for away-from-home rest and recuperation with no distractions. Linen bedding and towels up the ante on the luxury touches.

Working his gourmet magic in the Vapor Restaurant kitchen is the hotel’s Executive Chef, who has made headlines by using exciting fusions of flavour and herbs and spices from around the world.

What we love: Walking to famous Game of Thrones filming locations 

Since the hotel is set on Miramere Bay on the Dalmatian Coast, guests have exclusive access to sun loungers for stretching out on under the Mediterranean rays on the beach.

Not far from the UNESCO-protected city and Game of Thrones filming location in Dubrovnik, you can reach the 6th century Old Town by foot in just ten minutes. You can also travel by cable car to the top of Mount Srđ for an unbeatable vantage point.  

The concierge at the hotel can also arrange tours and day trips to suit your interests.

We recommend a vineyard experience with tasting in Pelješac; a private tour of the Ston Oyster Farm at Mali Ston; and a yacht trip around the Elafiti Islands.
