Considered one of the most influential chefs in Greece, Michelin-starred Chef Lazaurou thoughtfully marinates his fresh seafood dishes at Ouzo restaurant, making plates that live up to his reputation. 

“We really enjoyed our holiday over half term at IKOS Olivia and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Our children are 9 and 13 and had plenty of activities to try. The food and included drinks were generally excellent. We particularly enjoyed evening cocktails overlooking sunset with background music from DJ Lazuros and saxophone. Amazing” Rosaline Gilbert
