When to Stay
What we love: live like royalty in the King Suite with its full bar, sauna and three balconies.
As standard, guests can expect in all room categories amenities including: bathrobe and slippers, a Nespresso coffee machine, air con, a Jacuzzi bath/shower, Bottega Veneta bath products, a hair dryer, digital safe and a mini-bar. All have an outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace too.
The accommodation is contemporary in its design, with larger spaces available to book for groups and families that feature additional bedrooms. Upgrade to a Royal collection suite for lots of extras and grandeur. Or there are villas alongside the golf course that sleep up to 12 guests and have a private pool.
What we love: luxurious all-inclusive dining with oodles of choice.
At the Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort there are eight a la carte restaurants (one of which is 24 hour), 14 bars, a huge main restaurant, a children’s restaurant at the kids club, snack areas, a patisserie and a chocolatier.
Guests are spoilt to comfy spots to pop into for a coffee, laidback beach bars, a healthy fruit bar and the super indulgent La Melange – a French-style patisserie serving croissants, macaroons, éclairs and all manner of delicious dessert delicacies!
What we love: the football, watersports and tennis facilities are of a very high standard.
The facilities for those who love to be in or by the water are what set this resort apart. There are seven outdoor pools (one of them saltwater); two indoor swimming pools; an onsite Aqua Park; covered, heated and low level pools for toddlers; and an adults-only pool in a quieter part of the resort.
There is an enhanced beach experience too, with different environments to mix up lazy days by the sea. Pavilions, a Jetty and a trendy beach club vary the vibe in between swimming and sunbathing.
Maxxiland is the resort’s outstanding facility for kids, with its dedicated areas for different ages, its own restaurant, a cinema, softplay and even a mini fairground.
A schedule of events host top performers and musicians, and for something a little different there’s the new laser tag area.
Many guests come for the 18-hole golf course. And after a hot day on the outstanding fairways they retreat to the Maxx Royal Spa Centre for a treatment and traditional Turkish bath.
