How do you like your eggs in the morning? The Sugar Cane Room will prepare them however you wish! This open-air restaurant has its very own egg and waffle station, as well as a spread of Bajan delights for you to feast on.

Once you’ve got room again for lunch, you can head to the Rilaks Deck & Bar, a South Beach Miami-inspired outdoor lounge with plush lounge chairs and oversized umbrellas so you can dine without the sun in your eyes. Sip cocktails and devour nibbles as you listen to background R&B, jazz, Caribbean, and soul.

Tamarind also offers a Taste of Elegance Dine Around Programme for guests to scout out their favourite food at select sister restaurants in the local area.
